We recently went on an adventure with Justin's best friends in Southern Utah! The day after Thanksgiving, (Black Friday) after our shopping adventure, we drove down to Hurricane. There we met up with Jake and Aaron, (Justin's best friends from high school) and Cassie, Aaron's wife. Unfortunately Jake's wife, Brook couldn't come. Then we packed all of our gear into Aaron's truck and drove up to Toquerville Falls.
It was dark when we arrived, which made for a fun time setting up camp and getting dinner ready! Dinner was great, Hamburgers and Cheese dogs with great pumpkin roll for dessert. We had so much fun camping! It was a little chilly, but definitely tolerable with the warm clothes we brought. It was fun to see all the stars that are up there! With so many lights up where we are, it was amazing to be in the middle of nowhere and enjoy the beauty of the nightime sky. Especially after living in California where I don't remember seeing any stars! 
We loved our new tent!Breakfast was great. We had dutch oven "mountain man" breakfast which was hard to wait for; It smelled so good!!
The water falls there were beatiful, and the boys had fun climbing all over them for photo moments!
Saturday we all went and stayed at Aaron and Cassie's beautiful home. The boys played computer games until the wee hours of the morning, while Cassie and I watched a movie, shopped, and decorated for Christmas! 
We had so much fun! Thanks to Aaron and Cassie who put the whole trip together, and for letting stay in their home, and thanks to Jake for flying in all the way from LA! We had so much fun!

Hey Lauren!! We were just in UT but we had no time to call anybody. We were so busy with family and everything. I'm sorry we missed you guys! We'll for sure have to drive up to Layton next time! We might be back in April. Hope you have a very Merry Christmas!
